You can book an appointment with a Doctor of your choice up to 2 months in advance via the internet or by calling the reception.
If you require an urgent same day appointment please call the surgery at 8am for a morning appointment or after 4pm for a afternoon appointment. (Urgent appointments are not for Repeat Prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms).
We have a Nurse Practitioner available on every Tuesday and Thursday; morning and afternoon who can deal with all minor ailments-please pick up a leaflet about our Nurse Practitioner.
Home visits should only be requested by housebound patients or by patients who are too ill to attend the surgery. Please try to phone before 10:00 am if at all possible. A transport problem is not a valid reason to call out your doctor. A doctor can see 4 patients to every home visit so we request patients to try and attend where possible.
Out of Hours
If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed. Please ring 111 your call will be answered by the Out Of Hours Service. Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded.
You can see GP from Monday to Sunday at Hubs. Please ring 0203 770 188
Some patients find that having another person in the room when intimate examinations are undertaken is helpful, if you would like a chaperone, please feel free to say so: it rarely creates difficulties, and there would be no question of your doctor being offended.
